Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony - Free Admission!

Free admission offered for all! Artist in Residence David Briggs, renowned for his organ transcriptions of major orchestral masterpieces, presents the world premiere of his scintillating new arrangement of Beethoven’s Ninth Symphony, the “Choral.” This concert is presented in thanksgiving for our New York medical professionals. David will be joined by twelve singers from the Cathedral Choir, timpani, and percussion. Don’t miss this opportunity to hear Beethoven’s all-embracing and sumptuous score as never before imagined: music mirroring the universality of the human spirit.
